30-day regulated MFT pilot

Prove one critical file-transfer flow before buying a platform.

The xEvolve pilot is deliberately narrow: one real transfer flow, a named owner, exportable evidence, and a clear day-25 decision. It costs $1,200 for the pilot month and is credited if you convert.

Pilot scope

Keep the first month small enough to finish and real enough to prove value to IT security, infrastructure, and compliance.

One production file-transfer flow with a named business owner
One source and one destination across SFTP, FTPS, Azure Blob, S3, R2, SMB, WebDAV, SharePoint, or OneDrive
Partner account setup, access scope, retention window, and transfer schedule
DORA/NIST/CIS evidence mapping for the selected flow
Pilot success criteria agreed before access is connected

Success criteria

Transfer reliability

The selected flow runs on schedule, records success or failure, and shows retry behavior without manual spreadsheet tracking.

Evidence readiness

The flow has owner, counterparty, data class, retention, access scope, incident contact, and exportable audit events.

Access control

Partner and operator access is scoped, reviewable, and tied to identity controls instead of shared credentials.

Exit path

The customer can explain how to migrate or disable the flow without losing the audit trail.
