Each Environment gets a dedicated Cloudflare D1 database and R2 storage bucket in the region you select at onboarding. Files and audit metadata are not co-mingled with other tenants. EU residency is available on Business and MSP plans.

Plans are billed monthly per Environment — each Environment is an isolated Worker, D1 database, and R2 bucket. Prices are ex. VAT. Spot Cloud B.V. invoices in euros; EU customers receive a VAT-compliant invoice.
Usage is soft-capped. You get an alert at 80% of any allowance, and transfers are never stopped mid-month. If an Environment runs over its allowance two months in a row, we move it to the next plan at the following billing cycle — no per-unit overage fees.
